Are you ready to heal the pain of loss and step into a space of peace and renewal? Join Ayisha Sims, an experienced Spiritual Life Coach and Energy Healer, for an intimate 2-hour healing session, where we will honor the emotions of grief and loss while opening the door to restoration and self-love.
This event is crafted to gently guide you through a transformative experience that includes grounding meditation, a safe space to share your story, energy-clearing exercises, emotional coding techniques and a powerful release exercise to help you let go and move forward on your healing journey.
What You’ll Experience:
- Guided Meditation to ground and open your heart
- A safe and supportive story-sharing circle
- Emotional Coding exercises to release emotions stored in the body
- Energy-clearing movements to release stagnant energy
- Healing visualization to embrace peace
- A symbolic exercise to let go of grief and loss
- Closing affirmations and blessings for your continued healing

This event is designed for anyone who has experienced loss, whether the loss of self, a loved one, a relationship, or any major life transition. All are welcome in this safe and nurturing space.
Group Size:
Limited to 15 participants for an intimate and personalized experience.
What to Bring:
- A journal or notepad & black pen
- Comfortable clothing for light movement
- An open heart and a willingness to heal
- Yoga mat or pillow for floor seating (Please let us know in advance is a chair is needed.)
